After looking at various different Camper companies, we visited CampervanCo and were blown away with the set up they had. Initially dealing with Kris, we found the model we were looking for and ordered the Toyota Aphard Connect I. We were then handed over to Amanda who sourced our van from Japan, kept us up to date each Friday with pictures of it going through the assembly line and then when it was ready, she picked me up from a local train station to make collection easy. The finish of the van is outstanding, i’ve had so many compliments and comments from friends. Used it in anger last weekend for the first time and it was perfect for what I need. Huge thanks to everyone for a really smooth process and great customer experience.

Have to say the build quality is excellent, a couple of snagging issues but nothing major, so far we’ve done 300 miles and it’s been great, the onboard solar tops up the leisure battery so far we’ve not had to plug in for that side, Super smooth and quiet to drive.

I just wanted to say how extremely pleased I am with my van purchase. I LOVE my van and the quality of the fit out and the vehicle itself. The customer service has been great, especially the first weekend when the team made time for me out of hours whilst I worked out that everything had to be switched off to unlock the immobiliser. We took the van out today, 22 Sept, for a proper trial of everything the van offered and smiled all the time. After a few hiccups on my part we got set up. We really love our new (2nd hand) Eco Camper which we have had for two weeks now. It is so well designed and compact and an absolute dream to drive. Kris was very accommodating and always helpful. When I picked it up from London he went through every aspect in detail and I filmed him showing me how to use it. These little films are really useful as it is a big learning curve. I love the fact it is eco friendly and run on LPG and petrol, it has the best heater, a solar panel, Apple car play, 4 WD and automatic. It makes driving it an absolute pleasure and it is my only car and doesn’t feel like a great big, bulky van. The LPG is hard to find but Kris helped me find a fairly local supplier. We haven’t slept in it yet but we are very excited about our future adventures. I thought I would miss my very powerful mini but I don’t at all as I have fallen in love with this one – her name is Vanessa, Nessy for short and she’s a dream! Everyone loves her and is so impressed with the design and how much is inside, a little Tardis!
