We know the vehicles - We do the work!
Our after care package starts with a two-year mechanical warranty on all base vehicles; a two-year warranty on all conversion parts, including all units, electrics, heaters, beds and appliances. We also offer a two-year warranty on the hybrid Eco Camper batteries. If you are buying a brand new Eco Revolution or Evolution II, you also benefit from the vehicle manufacturer's 3 year mechanical warranty and eight year battery warranty.
Looking after your investment and keeping your vehicle safe, sound and roadworthy is crucial. We highly recommend regular servicing – both mechanical and interiors – as good maintenance will guarantee your van gives you nothing but hassle-free enjoyment and peace of mind.
When you buy one of our own campervans, we see it as our job to help you take care of it and make sure it is kept in tip-top condition. Nobody knows your campervan better than we do and our team are specialists in hybrids, EV's, unleaded and diesels. If we built it for you, we know your van inside out. Unlike other companies, we carry out all our own warranty work and do not farm it out to third-party companies (often with too many get-out clauses).
Your warranty is there to protect you and your vehicle for peace of mind. No one knows it better than us. If you take your campervan to another servicing company, please ensure it is done by a competent and approved garage. We can't guarantee quality of many UK service centres, and you run the risk of invalidating your warranty if it is not carried out by approved mechanics. Always call us first. We are here to help.
When we service your vehicle, we will ensure the batteries are in great condition and replace any cells that may be underperforming. Our unique tests ensure they will be in the best condition when you leave. We will advise you on the best care for your battery. Keeping it healthy is key.
