Auto Mechanic / Vehicle Technician

Technician to work in our busy servicing department supplying world class service to our customers.

What you’ll do to succeed:

• Carry out service and repair duties to a world class standard
• Carry out inspections and assessment on incoming vehicles and report issues to service manager while upholding the standards the business sets
• Provide brilliant service to our customers
• Ensure that our service database is kept fully up to date with all customer interactions and relevant information relating to service / repair jobs
• Liaise with our manufacturing teams giving advice where required on camper van builds
• Work with our suppliers to provide best service and value to our customers
• Bring a passion for customer service to work every day
• Communicate with other departments and colleagues effectively
• Be excellent in fault diagnosis and tenacious in solving problems

What you’re great at:

• Fault finding / diagnosis of mechanical issues
• Electrical fault finding in automotive field including on HV systems
• Building relationships

• Communicating effectively – written & verbal

Other requirements:

• Time served Auto-Mechanic
• City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent)
• HV Experience highly desirable
• Full clean driving license
