Auto Mechanic / Vehicle Technician
Technician to work in our busy servicing department supplying world class service to our customers.
What you’ll do to succeed:
- Carry out service and repair duties to a world class standard
- Carry out inspections and assessment on incoming vehicles and report issues to service manager while upholding the standards the business sets
- Provide brilliant service to our customers
- Ensure that our service database is kept fully up to date with all customer interactions and relevant information relating to service / repair jobs
- Liaise with our manufacturing teams giving advice where required on camper van builds
- Work with our suppliers to provide best service and value to our customers
- Bring a passion for customer service to work every day
- Communicate with other departments and colleagues effectively
- Be excellent in fault diagnosis and tenacious in solving problems

What you’re great at:
- Fault finding / diagnosis of mechanical issues
- Electrical fault finding in automotive field including on HV systems
- Building relationships
- Collaborating with others
- Communicating effectively – written & verbal
Other requirements:
- Time served Auto-Mechanic
- City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent)
- HV Experience highly desirable
- Full clean driving license
